Property inquiries and cash offers
The website helps homeowners explore a cash sale. Submitting a request is free and does not require you to sell. An inquiry is not a purchase agreement and does not guarantee an offer. Property condition, ownership, title, buyer availability, and due diligence affect price and timing. Any sale is governed by a separate signed agreement identifying the purchasing party, price, costs, and terms.
A closing in as little as 7 days may be available for qualifying transactions; it is not guaranteed. Website information is general and does not replace your own legal, tax, or financial advice.
Genuine Cash Buyers LLC SMS program
Our informational text program covers property request updates, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, and customer support. Our separate marketing text program covers cash purchase offers for your property and promotional follow-ups about selling your house. Texts may use automated technology.
Consent and eligibility
Each SMS category requires its own affirmative opt-in. Both choices are optional and unchecked by default. You can submit a property inquiry without choosing either. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, selling a property, or receiving an offer. You must be at least 18 and the subscriber or authorized user of the number provided.
Consent is specific to Genuine Cash Buyers LLC and is not consent to texts from buyer partners or other businesses. We do not send SMS solely because you supplied a phone number or agreed to calls or email.
Frequency and costs
Message frequency varies based on the preferences you choose and the progress of your property request or conversation. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Ask your wireless provider about your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to the number sending you messages to cancel SMS. We may send one confirmation of your request; after that, the program will not send further texts unless you opt in again. You can rejoin using the same signup process with a new affirmative consent choice at SMS preferences. An opt-out from texts does not cancel a property purchase agreement.
Help and support
Reply HELP to the number sending you messages for messaging assistance. For questions about an existing property request, contact the Genuine Cash Buyers LLC representative handling it. Do not send sensitive financial information by text.
Delivery and carrier liability
Delivery depends on your wireless service, device, and other factors. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is not an emergency communication service.
Privacy
Review our Privacy Policy for information collection, use, retention, and mobile information protections. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Acceptable use and changes
Provide accurate information and submit only property inquiries you are authorized to make. Do not use this site to submit someone else’s phone number without authorization or to interfere with the site. We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date.
