If you choose to receive texts, we also record each consent choice, its timestamp, the disclosure version, and the form page used to obtain it.
Website and technical information
Our hosting provider may process IP addresses and technical request information needed to operate and secure the site. We may record campaign parameters included in the URL to understand how an inquiry reached us. Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking details, or identity documents through these forms.
How we use information
We use information to evaluate property requests, respond by phone or email, coordinate appointments, provide customer support, maintain records, and protect against misuse.
